Signing in
There is no password to remember. Every sign-in starts at the address you were invited with, and there are three ways in.
- An emailed code or linkEnter your address and a six-digit code arrives, or follow the link in the mail: either one signs you in.
- A passkeyYour face, fingerprint or device unlock, once you have added one from your account page. No code to wait on.
- Google or MicrosoftWhere your workspace has it turned on, sign in with the account you already use for work.
Workspaces
Everything in the hub belongs to a workspace: a company or a team, with its own members, tools and settings. Most people are in exactly one. If you belong to more than one, a switcher in the account menu moves between them, and the tools, name and logo on the page change with it.
Tools
The dashboard leads with the tools your workspace has, grouped by what they are for. Selecting one opens it at its own page, which you can bookmark or share with a colleague. Not every workspace has every tool: More tools, further down the dashboard, lists the rest, and asking for one sends the request to Monogram.

Atlas
Atlas is the hub’s own assistant: ask it a question in plain language and it can run many of the tools for you rather than you finding the right one yourself. Open it from the button in the top bar of any page, or from the ⌘K search. Where your workspace has connected Slack, Atlas answers there too, in the channels it has been added to.
Inviting your team
An owner or admin can invite colleagues from Workspace Settings → Members: send an invite to their address and they get their own sign-in the same way you did. Roles run from viewer up to owner, and an admin can raise or lower anyone below owner.
Getting help
Ask Atlas first: it usually knows the answer or which tool to point you at. For anything else, ask an admin in your workspace, send it through the Feedback tool, or email Monogram at hello@monogram.io.
