This is What's New with Monogram Tools, covering October 5 to October 12.
This was a big week. Four new tools arrived, one existing tool was renamed, and nearly every tool page was rebuilt with more detail. Let's go through what matters most.
The biggest addition is Workflow Builder. It is a canvas where you connect hub tools so one step feeds the next. You drag tools onto the canvas, wire one step's output into the next one's input, and then run the whole thing by hand or on a schedule. Steps that do not depend on each other run at the same time, and if a step fails, the steps that need it are skipped rather than running with bad data. Workflow Builder is in beta and needs to be opted into per workspace.
Next is Campaigns, a new email tool for workspace owners and admins. You bring a list by importing a CSV or adding people by hand. Then you write the email yourself or give the assistant a brief and edit what comes back. You can send now or schedule it, and after it goes out you see opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes per person. One click drafts a resend aimed only at the people who did not open the first one. Email goes out from a Monogram domain or your own, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Then there is Projects, a task tracker where the assistant does the chasing for you. You start a project, give it a name and a lead, and add tasks by typing or by asking the assistant in the hub or in Slack. Tasks have an owner, a due date, a priority and tags. The assistant sends a weekday digest, checks in on tasks that have gone quiet, and writes a short update for every active project each Monday.
Stack Lookup is a new research tool in the AI and research category. You enter a domain name and it reads the public site, looking at headers, HTML, scripts and DNS, with nothing behind a sign-in. You get a report by category covering hosting, frameworks, content management, analytics, email and AI tools, and each result shows a confidence level and the evidence behind it. Results can be shared as a link or exported as JSON.
A new tool called Around also appears in the home page listing. The description is short: quick video calls for up to six people, light on your laptop. That is all the site says about it this week.
One rename to note. The tool previously called Secret Note is now called One-Time Note everywhere on the site. The page now shows that unopened links expire after one hour, 24 hours or seven days, whichever you choose when you create the link. You can also see when each link was opened, and revoke one before anyone opens it.
Finally, nearly every existing tool page was rebuilt this week. Pages for tools including AEO Audit, App Library, Backdrop Generator, Ballots, Deck Studio, Diagram Creator, Journey, Knowledge Base, Launch Video, Link Shortener, Logo and SVG Cleanup, PDF Maker, Prompt Studio, Resources, Secrets, Share, and Skill Library now each carry How it works steps, worked examples showing real inputs and what comes back, use case descriptions, and an At a glance section with specifics like file size limits, expiry times and who can use each tool.
That is everything from October 5 to October 12. You can explore all of it at tools dot monogram dot io.
