Copywriter, Meeting, and Screen Recorder join the toolkit
Three new tools landed on Monogram Tools this week, and the homepage got a reorganized filter system with category tabs and a running tool count.
- Copywriter lets you teach the tool a brand voice using real examples and a style card, then generate up to six copy candidates scored against that voice.
- Meeting adds video calls for up to 30 people, with a guest lobby, up to 720p video, and AI-written notes delivered after the call.
- Screen Recorder records screen, camera, and microphone in the browser, then automatically titles, summarizes, and chapters the recording before producing a shareable link.
- The homepage now shows category filter tabs (All, AI, Research) and displays a total tool count of 26.
- The "AI and research" category has been split: Prompt Studio, Skill Library, and Knowledge Base move to "AI," while AEO Audit, Website Explorer, and Stack Lookup move to "Research."
- Several tool pages gained short tagline videos and preview lines that were not there before.
Atlas builds and runs workflows, and Launch Video makes sets
This week Atlas learned to work with the Workflow Builder, workflow runs got much easier to read, Launch Video can make several videos at once, and Email Campaigns can go to specific people.
- Atlas and MCP clients can now find, build, change and run workflows. Atlas asks before running anything that changes things, and never starts one that sends outside the workspace from a shared Slack channel.
- Workflow runs show results as results: labelled rows, pictures, PDFs, decks, films and copy cards, instead of raw data. The raw view is still there behind a developer switch.
- Launch Video sets make up to four videos from one shared prompt, each with its own tweak. Sets sit as shelves in the library and can grow to 26 videos.
- Email Campaigns can now send to specific people without making a tag for them first.
New tools, renames, and a "What's new" feed added
This week Monogram Tools added two new tools, renamed several existing ones, retired three standalone pages, expanded what Launch Video can do, and added a "What's new" section across the site.
- Copywriter and Screen Recorder appear on the dashboard as new tools.
- Journey is now called Website Explorer, and Campaigns is now Email Campaigns; Secrets is now Password Vault; Share is now Guest Links.
- The Demo Video Generator page is removed; its function is folded into Launch Video, which now also accepts a website URL to produce a narrated walkthrough.
- The Tool Catalog and Share standalone pages are also removed; the dashboard now has a "More tools" section for browsing and requesting tools.
- Around (six-person calls) is replaced by Meeting, which supports up to 30 people.
- A "What's new" link appears on the dashboard and on every tool page.
Campaigns, Projects, Stack Lookup, Workflow Builder, and more land
The week of October 5 to October 12 brought four new tools and a wave of expanded detail pages across most existing tools.
- Campaigns is a new email tool: import a list, write or describe an email, send it, and see who opened and clicked.
- Projects is a new task tracker where the assistant adds tasks, chases quiet ones, and sends a Monday update.
- Stack Lookup is a new research tool: enter a domain and see its hosting, frameworks, analytics and AI tools, with the evidence behind each result.
- Workflow Builder is a new canvas tool, in beta, that chains hub tools into sequenced or parallel automated flows, run by hand or on a schedule.
- A new tool called Around for quick video calls for up to six people appears in the home page listing.
- Secret Note is renamed One-Time Note across the site, and its page now shows expiry options of one hour, 24 hours or seven days.
- Every existing tool page received an expanded layout with How it works, Examples, Use cases and At a glance sections.
Launch Video arrives, Diagram Creator gets new editing tools
Two meaningful changes landed the week of September 28 to October 5: a brand-new tool called Launch Video, and a significant update to the tool formerly known as Mermaid to PNG, now renamed Diagram Creator.
- Launch Video is a new tool that turns a codebase and a short brief into a rendered video, using the coding agent you already have in your terminal.
- Every film is versioned, and all rendering happens on your own machine, so nothing is charged to the workspace.
- Export options include an MP four download or saving directly to your Raster library.
- Diagram Creator (previously Mermaid to PNG) now lets you click any node in a flowchart to change its label, color or icon without touching the source.
- A brand frame option adds a thin border with your workspace logo to exports.
- A fixed canvas size option (16 by 9, 4 by 3 or square) lets you match a whole set of diagrams to one size.
Deck Studio, Logo & SVG Cleanup, Prompt Studio image loops, and a new Guide
A big week for Monogram Tools: two tools replaced by better versions, one tool gained image-prompt looping, and a new Getting Started guide went live.
- Logo & SVG Cleanup replaces the old Logo to SVG and Clean up SVG tools, combining both into one place with black, white, recolored and full-color cuts plus batch SVG shrinking that runs entirely in the browser.
- Deck Studio gets its own full product page, replacing the old Slidev page, with a walkthrough video, examples and an at-a-glance summary.
- Image Prompt Refiner is removed as a standalone tool; its looping behavior is now built into Prompt Studio, which scores each image round against your brief or reference art and rewrites the prompt to close the gap.
- A new /guide page is live, covering sign-in options, workspaces, tools, Atlas, inviting teammates, guest links and how to get help.
- Tools are regrouped into new categories across the site: Design, Create, AI & research, Team and Sharing.
